Franklin Infrastructure Services ltd are the experts in UK street works specialising in the field of the New Roads and Street works Act 1991 (NRSWA) the Traffic Management Act 2004 (TMA) and Civil Engineering.

Our aim is to provide a comprehensive service to Highway Infrastructure projects and position ourselves as a single source solution for organisations delivering works in the highway.

By offering a range of services to clients we pride ourselves on our ability to deliver an end to end solution for delivering projects in the most challenging of conditions and have spent a great deal of time developing our offering to ensure that regardless of the activity we can relieve the burden of managing the many aspects of working on a live network.

Utilising over 30 years of experience; our business focuses on the planning, co-ordination and delivery of highway infrastructure projects from utility connections, highway schemes, asset maintenance and more. Many organisations use our service to ensure their highway projects are delivered on time and on budget and we use our expertise and experience to navigate the risks associated with working under legislation such as NRSWA 1991 and the TMA 2004.


  • Jonathan Franklin

    Jonathan Franklin

    Jonathan Franklin has been working in the Highways Industry for 24 years and is a director of Franklin Infrastructure.

    Initially starting out in the late 90’s as a site operative, he carried out the excavation and reinstatement of Utility works in the highway for the Seeboard southeast ground works contract.

    Within several years he then progressed into the general management and co-ordination of reinstatement teams in Southeast England, where he gained extensive insight into co-ordinating resources and promoting best practice on turn key contracts.

    He then took up a position as a Senior project consultant for the TMA division where he was responsible for providing advice and support on projects such as the London Borough of Southwark’s PFI contract. He also played a key role in launching TFL’s Barclays cycle hire scheme and the Cycle Super Highways.
    Jonathan was awarded Fellowship status of the Institute of Highway Engineers in 2021.

  • Jack Lambert

    Jack Lambert

    Jack Lambert is a Director of Franklin Infrastructure and has been employed by Franklins for 6 years in a variety of disciplines.

    Jack’s responsibility within this role includes overseeing operations, personnel management, and financial performance.

    Jack has been involved in some of Franklin’s flag ship projects including, but not exclusively, the roll out TfL’s cycle hire scheme, large scale s278 projects, Lambeth’s Southbank Place Development and CoL’s Pinnacle Building.

    Jack ensures Franklins stay at the forefront of the industry in London and it’s surrounding counties as a business.
